Commercial and Residential Property Consultations
If you're looking to invest in a commercial or residential property but haven't decided which one, our Property Consulation Services may be what you need. A property consulation is a walk through of a property where I comment on what I see as I walk and nothing more. If you cannot attend, I will send you photos of major defects by email. A consultation IS NOT an inspection, it's a consultative service only. No contracts - no reports - no liability - nothing at all, except my verbal 'opinion' of waht I see at the very moment. I don't bring any tools as I do not test anything.
Is there any benefit to a property consultation?
Yes, very much so. You benefit by having an experienced inspector possibly identify a major defect that would be very expensive to repair, making it a poor investment choice as your budget for large repairs/restorations is minimal. This allows you to quickly eliminate a property and move on to another one right away. Consultation fees are less than half of what an inspection and report would cost.
When would a property consulation be the wrong choice?
If you are interested in a ceratin property that you ready know has major issues, or don't know but plan to negotiate the price after I issue you a report, then an inspection and full report is what you need.
